Saving One Shelter Dog at a Time.
Our guiding principle is networking together to save more animals. Our mission is to help animals in need with our focus on finding a forever home for them.
We work with local Shelters to network and pull at-risk dogs into our care with the goal of fitting them into their perfect forever home. We also rescue stray animals and help our community with spaying or neutering if/ when we are able.
We can't save them all, but we'll sure try!
Cassie's Dream is a 501 (c)3 non-profit rescue organization that works to save one shelter dog at a time. We work with local animal shelters, primarily with hard-to-adopt dogs, to get them into suitable homes.
Our Programs
Our Northern California-based non-profit is dedicated to saving homeless, abused, abandoned, neglected, or wounded dogs of any breed. Our goal is to find the right homes that fit the animal's needs and fit their families' lifestyles.
Animal Rescues
Our ultimate goal at Cassie's Dream is to create a world where all companion animals have permanent homes. As an all-volunteer, home-based organization, we are dedicated to rescuing dogs and finding them their forever families.
Your donations help us make our mission a reality. We appreciate your support!
animal fosters
Our animal foster program is a crucial part of what we do here at Cassie's Dream. We place dogs into temporary foster homes where they are socialized, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and treated for any medical or behavioral conditions that may limit their adoptability. During this time, we work hard to find them the perfect forever home. Our foster homes are full of love and provide a safe and nurturing environment for our dogs. If you're interested in fostering a dog, please don't hesitate to contact us!
Animal Connections
Our passion is to network shelter dogs. We highlight shelter dogs to give them a better opportunity to find their forever homes and to help make room in critically full shelters. We volunteer our time to get to know and work with the dogs so adopters have a better idea if the dog is a fit for them.
